COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Siena Heights women's lacrosse team dropped a 14-4 decision to Capital (Ohio) in non-conference play on Sunday.
Single goals were scored by Stephannie Gonzalez, Erin Kehn, Aliisa Mason and Sydney VanHoose.
Van Hoose also had four groundballs while goalkeeper Tabitha Ferguson stopped 14 shots.
After allowing the game's first two goals, SHU answered with two straight of its own. The Crusaders (3-0) then went on an eight-goal run.
The Saints (2-3) will return to action on Tuesday with a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contest against Lourdes (Ohio), beginning at 7 p.m.
