Women’s Golf Fifth at Shootout at Stonehedge

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – The Siena Heights women's golf team finished fifth in the two-day Shootout at Stonehedge tournament in Battle Creek, Michigan. The Saints finished with a team score of 685 to claim the fifth spot in the team standings.

Northwestern Ohio sat atop the team leaderboard with a 619. Indiana Tech hopped into second after day two with a 655. Host Lawrence Tech had 662 for third while Madonna fell three strokes behind for fourth. The Saints held fifth while Lourdes completed the table with a 703 for sixth.

Megan Paczas led SHU with a 16th-place showing after a two-day total of 170 (85+85). Skylar Whitman tied for 17th with a final score of 171 (86+85). Bethany Nowak claimed 23rd with a 174 (83+91), while teammate Chelsea Kovoch was 24th with a 175 (87+88). Isabelle Sparks finished with a 189 (103+86) to tie in 34th. Emma Murphy rounded out the Siena scores with a 207 (103+104) that claimed 39th.
