OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's golf team tied for a first-place finish at the Lourdes Invitational at The Legacy Golf Club in Ottawa Lake, Michigan. The Saints finished with a team score of 350 to tie Northwestern Ohio for the top spot in the standing. Gabrielle Anderson led the charge for SHU with a score of 82 that was good enough for a three-way tie for the best score of the round. Anderson finished tied for second after a playoff hole decided the top spot.

Allie Baron finished sixth with an 87 while Sorina Grech was eighth with an 89. Amy Nordstrom tied for ninth with a 90. Madisyn Reed (91, T-13th) and Mya Price (97, 22nd) rounded out the top five finishes for the Saints.

The team will compete next on Friday, September 28 at the Cleary Fall Invitational in Howell, Michigan.
