Women's Bowling Finishes in Eighth Place at AHIBC #4

 

KENT, Ohio -- Siena Heights women's bowling competed in the American Heartland Conference Tournament #4, on Saturday, at Spinz Kent bowling center. The teams competed on the Short No. 5 Sports Pattern (37 ft.).  After the 4 team games and 12 Baker games, the Saints finished 8th with a total pinfall of 6,425. Alma College won the event with a score of 7,065.

 

Tanishia Townsend led the Saints with 187.25 average to finish 32nd. Kassandra Costello averaged 182.50 to finish 39th, and Taylor Thomas finished 48th with a 179.75 average. Top individual honors went to Britni Hosterman, from BGSU, who averaged 217.75 over the four games.

 

The Saints are set to compete in the final WHAC regular season event, hosted by Indiana Tech, Saturday, Feb. 4. Bowling will begin at 8:30am.
