KENT, Ohio -- The Saints competed in the American Heartland Confterence Tournament #3, on Saturday, at Spinz Kent bowling center in Kent, OH. Bowling on the 41 ft. Medium #5 Sports Pattern, the Saints had a total score of 6,697. This was good enough for a 6th place finish – the highest finish for a Siena women's team at this tournament. BGSU won the tournament with a total score of 7,189.
SHU placed two team members in the Top 50 -- Kassandra Costello averaged 180.80 to finish 30th, and Taylor Thomas averaged 224.75 for four games to finish 33rd. The format for the tournament was five team games and 12 Baker games. Colleen Hines, from Wright State, averaged 211.00 over five games to take top individual honors.
