INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Siena Heights women's bowling team finished 36th in a 66 team field at the 48th Annual Hoosier Classic. The Saints bowled six individual games on Saturday, continuing with 15 baker games on Sunday.
Leading the Saints with a total pin-fall of 1116 was Tiffany Logan with a game-high score of 216. Olivia Cabildo was the next SHU finisher with an overall score of 978, including a game-high of 204.
After the first round, the Saints totaled 4995 pin-fall to rank 49th after the first day of action.
As a team, Siena Heights bowled 15 baker games in three five-game series, on Sunday. Games 1-5 the Saints bowled an 867, games 6-10 a 957 and games 11-15 an 889 to move the Saints up 13 spots to 36th.
Winning the event was Wichita State with a total pin-fall of 9091. The Saints finished the two-day event with a total pin-fall of 7708.
SHU will be traveling to Sterling, Mich. for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championship, hosted by Lawrence Tech, on Saturday.
