Women's Bowling Takes Fifth in the WHAC

LIMA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights women's bowling team finished sixth at the fourth and final Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree, on Saturday. The Saints finished fifth overall in the WHAC standings.

SHU scored a with a tournament high, single-game score of 962 and 933. The Saints earned a baker game-high of 659, earning a 5994 pin-fall overall. Aquinas won the tournament by 100, earning a 6240 pin-fall over Lawrence Tech's second place finish of 6140.

Leading the Saints with a 732 pin-fall was Olivia Cabildo, taking eighth overall with a high game of 204. Kassandra Costello earned 12th place with a 709 pin-fall and a high-game of 196.

In the WHAC, the Saints earned fifth place with 22 points. Lawrence Tech won with a five point lead over Aquinas, LTU with 52 points over Aquinas' 47.

Next up, the Saints will travel to Indianapolis for the Backhaul Hoosier Classic on Friday and Saturday.
