COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's bowling team earned a fifth place finish at the second Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Jamboree of the season, on Saturday.
As a team, the Saints posted an overall score of 6443 after coming out with a strong 935 in the first team game. In the fourth game, SHU managed a 951 pin-fall. Siena Heights scored the baker game-high of 738 in the second game. Concordia won with a score or 6818 overall.
Finishing third for the Saints, Tiffany Logan earned a total pin-fall of 806, only seven pins behind winner Paige Podlaszuk from Concordia. Twice Logan scored a 222 to help her overall four game score.
Tanishia Townsend finished in 17th for Siena Heights with a high-score of 231 in the fourth game. Her overall total was 720.
Tryna Gladstone knocked-down 680 total pins for SHU while Tiffany Paraventi had a total pin-fall of 518 in three games.
Siena Heights will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 19, when the Saints host the SHU Halo Invitational at the Lenawee Recreation Center.
