Barry Top Performer for Women's Bowling at WHAC #2

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Amanda Barry ranked 10th in total pins and 14th in scoring average as the Siena Heights women's bowling team's top bowler during the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference's second jamboree, which took place at Colonial Lanes on Saturday.

Barry bowled games of 198, 185 and 180 en route to a four-game series of 724 (181.0 average). Katarina Coulson added a team-high 202 and 190 to compile a four-game 708 (177.0 average). Coulson rated 13th in the total-pin standings and 19th in average.

Also for SHU, Madeline Smith had a 197 game and 660 series (165.0 average). She finished 21st in total pin count and 30th in average.

Tiffany Logan, who was 22th in pin count and 31st in average, had games of 188 and 180. Her series was a 658 (164.5).

As a team, the Saints finished with a score of 6,145 and placed sixth among seven teams. The top team, Concordia, scored a 6,533. Northwestern Ohio's Briana King led all individuals with an 810 series (202.5 average).

Siena Heights will return to action on Saturday, Nov. 22, during the Falcon Classic, hosted by Bowling Green State (Ohio).
