    SYLVANIA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights softball team won three games in the one day, single-elimination Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) tournament. The Saints won 4-0 over Cleary in game one before earning a 5-3 victory over Indiana Tech before completing the trifecta with a 6-4 decision over Northwestern Ohio in the championship game.

    The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) softball tournament is once again postponed due to field conditions. The tournament will now take place on Monday, May 6. The format will now be a single elimination tournament with the first four games taking place at noon followed by the two semifinal contests at 2:30 p.m. and the championship game at 5 pm.

The game was halted yesterday due to weather and completed today. Game two was an 8-4 decision for Siena to complete the sweep. Kelsey Uhl led the Saints with five hits in the two games.

    ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) doubleheader between Siena Heights and Indiana Tech has been postponed due to inclement weather in the forecast. The games have been rescheduled to take place next Saturday, April 27 starting at 1:00 p.m. As a result, the non-conference doubleheader between the Saints and Cardinal Stritch that was scheduled on the 27th has been canceled to make way for the conference matchup.

Ashley Helmink recorded a hit in game one and three in game two to push her hit streak to 18 straight games.
