Three Siena Heights softball team members were recognized as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the NAIA recently.
Junior infielders Megan Jones and Kelsey Lampkowski major in biology.
Kyndle Wolfinger, a junior second baseman, is an accounting major.
There were 397 women who earned this award.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status.
