Siena Claims Third Place Finish in the Terracotta Invitational

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Siena Heights men's cross country team finished third in the Terracotta Invitational. The Saints held a total of 71 points, sneaking ahead of Lourdes by seven points to place in the top three. Madonna finished first holding 28 points trailed by UM-Dearborn with 69 points and Cleary rounded off the leaderboard in fifth with 99 points.

 

SHU saw Jay Moore cross the finish line first claiming the 12th spot overall with a time of 17:04.81. While Nethanel Leupold finished 13th, running a time of 17:10.93. Next for the Saints was Andrew Stern (17:22.25) and Jacob Harberts (17:25.63) who finished back-to-back in 15th and 16th place. Rounding out the top 20 runners, was Siena's Tyler Landis who ran for a time of 17:36.55.

The SHU men's cross country team will compete in the Lansing Community College Invitational in Lansing, Michigan, on Friday, September 30.
