The Siena Heights men's cross country team is headed to the Lansing Invitational hosted by Lansing Community College, on Friday.
Last time the Saints competed was Sept. 15 at the National Catholic Invitational, earning third place with an average 8k time of 27:40 with a total five-runner time of 2:18:19.
The top finisher for SHU was Esrom Woldemichael, taking sixth place. Woldemichael crossed the finish line in 25:57.7, only 30 seconds behind Mason Tope from Loras who won the event in 25:27.2.
Up next, Siena Heights will compete in the Jayhawk Cross Country Invitational in Muskegon, Mich. on Friday, Oct .13.
