The Siena Heights men's cross country team is set for travel to Grand Rapids, Mich. to the Riverside Park for the Grand Rapids Raider Invitational, on Friday.

Last week, SHU traveled dwon to Notre Dame, Ind. for the National Catholic Invitational where SHU took third. The top Saints' runner was Esrom Woldemichael who took sixth place with an 8k time of 25:57.7, the Saints top five total time was 2:18:19.

SHU will take a week off prior to traveling to Lansing for the Lansing Invitational, on Friday, Sept. 6.
