LANSING, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's cross country team finished fourth at the Lansing Invitiational, on Friday.
Stephen Merchant was the top-SHU finisher on the 8k course, finishing in 27:07.1 for 15th place.
Crossing the finish line at 27:23.2 was Timothy Young for the Saints. Close behind at 27:32.8 was Kyler Vanwormer.
In 28:07.4, Anthony Vermilye came in for SHU. The final Saints to score for Siena Heights was Dominic Muessig, finishing in 29:59.4.
The Saints will be back in action when they travel to Grand Rapids, Mich. for the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 22.
