Browne Earns 26 Kills to Lead Men's Volleyball to 3-2 Victory Over CCU

GAME ONE: Siena Heights 26, Cincinnati Christian 24
Thoroughout the first half of the match, the game stayed close, tied at 15-15. The Eagleswent on to earn a four point lead, 23-19, before SHU found their stride and took down CCU a couple points at a time to earn the 26-24 set victory.

GAME TWO: Cincinnati Christian 25, Siena Heights 21
The Eagles came out strong, earning a 9-3 lead that the Saints were unable to overcome. as CCU won the set 25-21.

GAME THREE: Cincinnati Christian 27, Siena Heights 25
The biggest lead of the game was a 14-11 CCU lead, which didn't last long as SHU closed the gap and kept the game close until the final couple points as attack errors sunk SHU (9-3).

GAME FOUR: Siena Heights 25, Cincinnati Christian 20
Again, the Eagle (7-6) held a three-point lead, 10-7, but Siena Heights fought back and gradually gained on CCU and tied it at 17-17. SHU eventually went on a four-point run to seal the set at 25-20.

GAME FIVE: Siena Heights 15, Cincinnati Christian 12
For the duration of the game it was close. The Eagles led 12-12 but made three attacking errors to hand SHU the 15-12 victory.

Siena Heights was led by Brown with 26 kills and 11 digs. Also helping the Saints was Tyler Hubbard-Neil, earning 12 kills and 13 digs. Keegan Crawford tallied 44 assists and nine digs as Jack Pranckus managed 12 digs. Defensively, Travor Holston earned seven block assists.

Logan Webber led Cincinnati Christian with 31 kills and 14 digs as Phillip Andrews tallied 13 kills and 10 digs. Setter Michael Hiroskey earned 47 assists and 10 digs for CCU.
