JACKSON, Mich. – The Siena Heights men's soccer team saw action after a week off against the Spring Arbor Cougars. The Saints were held to a 1-3 game, bringing their overall record to 2-3-0.

Sophomore, Nolan Chaput led Siena scoring one unassisted goal during the match. Senior Goalie Jacob Wojciechowski saw 90:00 minutes of action while making four saves.

Scoring early the Cougars found a rhythm the Saints found hard to keep up with. In the 23rd minute, Coach Crawford made crucial substitutions that lead to a Siena Heights goal at the 27th-minute mark. Unfortunately for the Saints, the strong Spring Arbor defense did not allow many scoring opportunities. The game ended with a final score of 1-3 in favor of the Cougars.

Quote From Coach:

"We had a tough game today. We started out of the gate pretty slowly and got behind in the game and had to chase for the last 70 minutes. I couldn't quite figure out how to get to level terms."
