LIVONIA, Mich -- The Siena Heights men's soccer team fell against WHAC opponent Madonna with a score of 3-0 on Saturday afternoon. Andrew Kozan (L, 1-4) led the Saints as he made five saves off the seven shots he faced in net.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Madonna's defense held the Saints to only one shot the entirety of the game as Matheus Marrote took a shot but was blocked. The Crusaders got on their first goal at the 19:97 mark as Caio Mazzo Nogueira found the back of the net off an assist from Issei Ito. Madonna tallied three more shots in the first half heading into intermission with a 1-0 lead.
The Crusaders continued the momentum in the second half scoring two more goals. Wagner Gameiro Febbe to a shot from the left side that beat Andrew Kozan to the left of the goal to give Madonna the 2-0 lead at the 47:33 mark. The Crusaders secured the win at the 77:47 mark when Ian Billock received a pass from Wagner Gameiro Febb on a breakaway to slot it past SHU goalie replacement Jacob Wojciechowski for the win.
