#5 Northwestern Ohio Overwhelms Men's Soccer in the Season's Final Contest

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's soccer was overwhelmed by the fifth-ranked, Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference opponent Northwestern Ohio, dropping the Saturday night contest 12-0.

In the final game of the SHU season, WHAC Championship team UNOH netted eight goals in the first half and four in the second half. Leading UNOH scorer was Carlos Monterrey with three goals.

The Saints were outshot, 32-2. Both SHU shots were sent on frame by Collin McLaughlin in the first half and Enoch Tsibu-Beckson in the second half.

Brandon Gonzalez stopped seven shots in net for the Saints. Winning goalkeeper Nikola Kahvedzic made two stops for Northwestern Ohio.

Siena Heights ended their season 4-12-1 overall while finishing 1-10-0 in the WHAC for 12th place.
