Siena Heights men's lacrosse senior Danny Orr has been named NAIA Second Team All-American, as announced by the governing body on Tuesday. Seniors Patrick Albrant and Derek Martin were named 2018 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

Midfielder Orr was a strong presence on the field all season as he earned 31 goals and four assists for the Saints this season. He was second on the team with 35 points while helping SHU with nine groundballs and a team-leading 97 shots.  

Earning scholar-athlete honors, Martin is a two-time honoree as he majors in business administration. Albrant is new to the award while he majors in biology and minors in chemistry.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended two full years as a non-transfer or one full year as a transfer.
