Men's Golf 7th at Shootout at Stonehedge

AUGUSTA, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team finished the Shootout at Stonehedge with a tournament score of 670 for seventh in the tournament. The Saints hot a team score of 340 on day one and a 330 on day two to earn their placing in the tournament.

James Monteith was the highest finisher for Siena with a two-day total of 166 (83+83) for 31st on the player leaderboard. Drew Whelan finished 33rd with a score of 168 (85+83). He was followed by teammates Aaron Bitz (86+84) and Colin Duffy (90+80) who finished tied for 34th with a 170. Josh Winowiecki tied for 37th with a 171 (91+80) to finish the top-five scores for the Saints.

The men's golf team will compete next at the Lourdes University Spring Invitational this Wednesday, April 17.
