OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team finished with a team score of 311 (+23) at the Lourdes Invitational held at The Legacy Golf Club in Ottawa Lake, Michigan on Wednesday afternoon. Hunter Walsh led the Saints with a 75 (+3) performance that tied him for 10th in the individual standings.
Colin Duffy competed as an individual and tied Walsh with a 75. Aaron Bitz was the second-highest finisher on the Siena five with a round score of 76 (+4) and a 12th-place finish on the afternoon. James Monteith and Drew Whelan both finished with a score of 80 (+8) to tie for 25th. Bryce Henderson finished off the team scoring for the Saints with an 88 (+17) for a tie at 46th.
The men's golf team returns to action this Saturday, October 6 in the Ken Venturi Invitational hosted at the Zollner Golf Course in Angola, Indiana. The tournament is set for a 1:00 p.m., shotgun start.
