Forest Atop Leaderboard as Men's Golf Sits in Third after Day One of WHACs

KENTWOOD, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team sits in third place after day one of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships, which are taking place at Stonewater Country Club.

SHU's Joe Forest is the individual leader through two rounds after compiling a 36-hold total of 144 (74-70) on Wednesday.

Parker Ross is tied for 13th with 156 (80-76) and Nick Campbell is tied for 17th with a 158 (79-79).

Also for the Saints, Josh Short is tied for 22nd with a 160 (82-78).

A total of 57 golfers from 10 schools are competing in the event.

The championships will wrap up with an 18-hole round on Thursday.
