AKRON, Ohio - At the American Heartland Conference Tournament No. 3, held at Stonehedge Entertainment Center in Akron, Ohio, the Saints finished 7th in the 27-team field. With the format of five team games and 12 Baker games, Siena Heights had a total pinfall of 7,126. Wright State won the event with a score of 7,691. The teams competed on a 41 ft. Sports Pattern.
William Shaffran had the Saints top individual finish with a 1,049 pinfall (209.8 avg). The only other Saint to finish in the Top 50 was Steven Cadwell who had a 5-game total of 950 (190.0 avg). Cory Hersha of Indiana Tech was the top individual with a 1,223 (244.6 avg).
The Saints compete in the American Heartland Conference Tournament No. 4 on Sunday, Jan. 28.
