Men's Bowling Finishes Fifth at Adrian College Open

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Saints competed at the Adrian College Open on Saturday at Lenawee Recreation Center. Competing against 11 other teams, the men finished 5th in the twelve-team field.

The format for the event, was 4 team games and 16 Baker games. The SHU men scored a pin fall total of 6371 (3597 in the team games, and 2777 during the Baker games) to end the tournament 280 pins behind Spring Arbor University. Steven Cadwell again led the Saints with an average of 200.25 for four games to finish 4th and make the All-Tournament Team. The teams competed on the difficult 39', 2013 USBC Masters Tournament lane pattern.

Keith Reid finished 20th with a 178.25 average. Joshua Criscenti (30th), Mitchell Rusinek (40th), Travis Marcus (56th), Patrick Mulqueen (69th), Shane Rusinek (70th), and Ryan Freeman (73rd) rounded out the Saints scoring.

The Saints will be competing on Saturday, Nov. 11, at Airport Lanes in Jackson, MI at the WHAC 2 Jamboree hosted by Spring Arbor University. The start time is 8:30 a.m.
