HOW IT HAPPENED
DeMarco Dickerson came out for the Saints both offensively and defensively today as he lead the team in both points and rebounds.
SHU came out strong in the first half over the Crusaders by shooting 53% in FG and 58% in 3PT. Jaquantay Rouser scored 14 points for the Saints in the first half. Siena also finished ahead of Madonna on the defense side with more steal, blocks, and rebounds. SHU took a 41-35 lead into halftime.
During the second half the sides flipped. Madonna had the edge in shooting as they shot 65% on FG compared to SHU's 40%. Also the Crusaders lead defensively with 4 steals in the half. Madonna was able to eventually cut Siena's lead down, tie the game, and then go ahead.
