Football Travels to Taylor for MSFA Mideast Contest

THE GAME
For the second year running, the Siena Heights football team will travel to Taylor (Ind.) as the highlight of the Homecoming and Family Weekend activities. Kickoff for the Mid-States Football Association Mideast contest is set for 1 p.m.
 
This season, the Saints at 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the MSFA Mideast League after the 30-0 victory over Missouri Baptist last week.
 
Taylor is 2-2 overall, hosting SHU for their first MSFA Mideast League match-up of the season. Last week, the Trojans fell 24-20 to 13th-ranked Saint Xavier (Ill.).

All Siena Heights football games will be webcast on the Siena Heights Sports Network, which can be accessed via the Stretch Internet link on WWW.SHUSAINTS.COM. Live stats can be followed online at WWW.SHUSAINTS.COM.
 
SHSN will provide live video for each Saints' home game. Play-by-play will be called by Chris Renwick with Doug Goodnough providing color commentary. Renwick is in his second year with the Saints broadcast team while Goodnough returns for his second consecutive season.
 
SHSN and WLEN 103.9 FM have also enjoyed a six-year partnership. All games will be audio-streamed online at WLEN.COM while select games will be broadcasted live on the radio.

It's Homecoming Week at Siena Heights as the Saints host NAIA top-ranked Saint Francis (Ind.) in the lone night contest of the season. Kickoff for the MSFA Mideast League contest is set for 7 p.m.
 
The Cougars head into this weekend in the NAIA Game of the Week, taking on No. 20 Concordia in a crucial MSFA Mideast League contest. Both teams enter the game at 5-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
