Football Hosts Final Non-Conference Contest Against USF (Ill.)
 
 
THE GAME
The Siena Heights football team hosts Saint Francis (Ill.) in Mid-States Football Association crossover action, on Saturday. Kickoff time between the Saints and the Fighting Saints is set for a 12 p.m. start.
 
Currently, Siena Heights holds a 1-2 overall record after last week's 31-29 victory on the road over Robert Morris (Ill.).
 
The visiting Fighting Saints are 0-2 with losses to two NAIA ranked opponents: No. 4 Morningside and No. 1 Saint Francis (Ind.). Last Saturday, the Fighting Saints fell to their Indiana counterpart 68-23.

SHSN will provide live video for each Saints' home game. Play-by-play will be called by Chris Renwick with Doug Goodnough providing color commentary. Renwick is in his second year with the Saints broadcast team while Goodnough returns for his second consecutive season.
 
SHSN and WLEN 103.9 FM have also enjoyed a five-year partnership. All games will be audio-streamed online at WLEN.COM while select games will be broadcasted live on the radio.

Siena Heights will host Missouri Baptist in the Mid-States Football Association Mideast League opener set for Saturday, Sept. 30, with a 1 p.m. kickoff.
 
The MBU Spartans are currently 0-3 on the season with losses to Lyon, No. 11 Saint Xavier and Wisconsin-River Falls. MBU is set to take on Saint Ambrose on Saturday, Sept. 23, prior to their meeting against the Saints.
